I was contacted by the folks at Stetson University to work on some new marketing collateral.    At first I thought they were calling me to shoot for their Deland campus but was surprised when it was for their Celebration campus.     I enjoyed working with the team at Stetson and look forward to the next one!

Here’s some of the collateral we created:

Last November I was asked to photograph my first cover shoot for Parenting Magazine that published last month.      We shot this at Orange Studios and had a blast working with the crew from Bonnier.

A few months back I was asked to photograph a few graduates of Walden University for their upcoming “Change Makers” brochure.     Being that I love shooting environmental portraits this assignment was right up my alley.     I photographed Ginger Jenkins in the old Orlando Courthouse, where Ted Bundy was tried.     Ronessa was photographed downtown Sanford.

The past couple of months have been a whirlwind between a heavy workload, the holidays, and the arrival of our new baby girl Harper. I’m finally sitting down and posting one of the more recent “fun shoots” I’ve had the chance to work on. The story is called “Judgement Day.” It discusses how women, in particular moms, judge each other unnecessarily. It’s always fun working with the girls at Parenting Magazine and look forward to more adventures with this creative crew.

Apologies for being so inconsistent posting work on the blog.    Busy season has finally arrived but promise to start posting more in the coming months.     Here’s my last cover shoot with Orange Appeal photographed at Neiman Marcus.

The Orlando Ballet asked I photograph dancers for their much awaited Vampires Ball that showed at the Bob Carr. The images ended up in the Orlando Sentinel and were on billboards all over town.

Last month I had the pleasure of collaborating with creative director Janessa Gursky and fashion stylist Tammara Kohler on Orlando Ballets new campaign.   We shot a series of stills and created a short video.     Neiman Marcus ended up featuring our project on their Facebook home page.

In addition to the campaign stills and video I shot some candid images of an Orlando Ballet recital that was held at the Bob Carr Amphitheatre.

On this assignment I spent 2 full days photographing people, sites and construction equipment for Hubbard as part of their  marketing/ advertising campaign. Both days I was escorted by Craig, the equipment manager, in a company Ford F150.   I was driven to some pretty neat construction sites. One of which included the runway at MCO airport which Hubbard was in the process of resurfacing. I was literally 120 feet from the center of the runway!

I recently spoke to Craig and he was kind enough to pass along some of the printed material.

Last month I was asked to photograph the July|August issue of Orange Appeal. For a location we used a penthouse suite at the Peabody hotel.     All the ladies were professional and the shoot went smoothly.

Here’s what we came up with..

I was super excited to fly out and photograph Jon and Kelsey’s wedding earlier this month.    It was refreshing to see how in love these two are.   The last time I saw Kelsey she was 12 so seeing her mature into this young beautiful bride was truly a breath of fresh air.    The wedding location was held at Riley Farms, an apple orchard with absolute breathtaking views.   I felt honored to be asked to capture this special event and it was awesome to see everyone again.
