I was asked to photograph Executive Chef Mark Boor, from the all new Paddlefish in Disney Springs, previously known as Fultons Crabhouse. Its exciting to see all the changes taking place and I can't wait to see and taste whats in store for this iconic restaurant.

Longhorn Steakhouse
To help celebrate and promote national steak month I got to collaborate with Longhorn Steakhouse and Evolve design group on this ad campaign. Setting up at Darden headquarters was a lot of fun. Needless to say, my assistant and I were highly impressed with the lunch accommodations. 
Levy Restaurant shoot
I’ve been working with the crew at Levy Restaurants for some years now. Last month I was called out to shoot my first commercial job of the year. On this assignment I was asked to shoot a head-shot of the executive chefs at each of the restaurants – chef Chris Albano at Wolfgang Puck, chef Steven Richard at Portobello, and chef Mark Boor at Fultons Crab House. Alongside the head-shots, I shot some delicious looking plates. I absolutely love working with this crew and really enjoy the food and atmosphere at all three restaurants.
