Chef Mark Boor Paddlefish
I was asked to photograph Executive Chef Mark Boor, from the all new Paddlefish in Disney Springs, previously known as Fultons Crabhouse. Its exciting to see all the changes taking place and I can't wait to see and taste whats in store for this iconic restaurant.
